Introduction to Clinical Neurology, Part I

Reviews the gross anatomy of the brain, using pictures of a model twice the normal size. Presents the concept of the nervous system as an extension and expansion of the reflex arc. Demonstrates a minimal neurological examination of cranial nerves, motor coordination, deep and superficial reflexes, and sensation. Presents the clinical signs of various disorders of the pyramidal system. Ends with X-ray pictures of two cases of hemiplegia with internal hydrocephalus.
