Interrogation of enemy airmen

Description: An instructional film demonstrating the techniques available to army personnel involved in the interrogation of prisoners of war. Using classroom techniques and role playing scenarios, good and bad methods are demonstrated. Highlights the importance of examining a prisoner’s belongings to establish a personal profile before interrogation commences; shows how to use subordination techniques with captured officers to establish power and control; illustrates methods that may psychologically manipulate a prisoner to devulge intelligence information; shows how to identify the rank of a prisoner. Interrogation segments are in German, Italian and Japanese with English subtitles.
