Complete Record: West sings "They Call Me Sister Honky Tonk" and "I'm No Angel." She plays a carnival dancer and lion tamer who is trying to get out of the business by marrying a rich man. But her carnival boyfriend tries to quash her plans and knocks out a man, thinking he has killed him. Since she is a witness, he blackmails her into continuing work in the carnival. Eventually Cary Grant rescues her from her plight.
