An animated allegory of man and beast. A young boy finds refuge from the cold, dispassionate streets of the city in a curious shop. Surrounded by the mounted heads of exotic animals and hunting rifles, the child is spellbound. A picture of a hunter with his prey becomes the source of the boy's fantasy trip to the wild.
