How to animate a gingerbread boy

Demonstrates and explains the technique of motion picture animation. Intended for classroom use, this film illustrates various animation methods ranging from very simple to advanced and presents them in a way that explains the technical mysteries and permits the student to focus on the art of animation. The methods include cut-out, three-dimensional and time-lapse. A version of the gingerbread boy is told through the use of the various animation techniques discussed. (Ages 7-11 years.)
