Complete Record: Kids of all sorts are shown demonstrating how to chew gum and make bubbles, and they seem to think bubbles are the result of rubber or elastic. The factory process of making bubble gum shows tons of pink dough being mixed, rolled, stretched, cut and wrapped. The question of where honey comes from is also debated; bees are shown collecting pollen from flowers, which respond to heat by bringing nectar to the surface. The bees eat first, then store the excess in a pouch. Back at the hive, the honey is stored in combs, capped with wax and used to feed the developing larvae and the swarm during the winter. Beekeepers collect the combs and use a centrifuge to extract the honey. Woody Allen says that bees make anything sweet, including chocolate bars; big bees make chocolate bees with almonds.
