Description: Young Dick and Jenny Brewster are trying to build a small hovercraft to enter into a race. Mr Watts, an eccentric inventor, offers his help. Charley Guthridge and his mate Sidney plot to prevent Dick and Jenny from building their home-made hovercraft. On the day of the big race, Dick and Jenny stuggle to take the lead and beat their opponents.
