hahaha [Music] you have couple separates around the outside Rings head ladies chain across chain across the hall then chain right back same old track and win for your next home bad ladies chain across chain each man is made then change her back for now you've done the Hoosier Promenade [Music] all right [Music] the two head couples right left you to the other side for rain then the two side couples do the same as the Hoosier Promenade four ladies chained to the center across to your opposite Town opposites make your own Hoosier Promenade is dance to a singing call and the actions of opposite couples are identical in this dance the action and calls begin together therefore you must know the expected movement if the dance is to flow smooth let's look at this first half of hoosier Promenade again to see the details of the new movements in the first movement head couples separate the partners of couples one and three turn away from each other and circle around the square the men keep to the outside when passing the lady when the head couples have returned home all couples swing next comes head ladies chain ladies one and three join right hands pass right shoulders and give their left hands to the opposite jump then they repeat the same movements as they return home Watch this once again following the movements of gentlemen one he gives his left hand to Lady three puts his right arm around her waist and turns her into position to chain back then in the same way he returns his own partner to her home position now the side ladies check and then chain back after this part of the figure comes the chorus of dosey doe your corner dosey doe your partner swing and Promenade with the ladies twirling into position let's see the twirling movement again notice that the gentleman's left hand and the lady's right hand form the arch the second part of the figure begins with half Promenade first the head couples using the skater's position Promenade across the set then turn to face the center the side couples then do the same couples keep to the right in passing so the gentleman pass left shoulders next head couples right and left through each partner takes the right hand of the opposite dancer passes right shoulders and continues home as in half Ramen a and now the side couples repeat this movement notice that the gentleman passed to the outside in right and left through in the last New Movement all four ladies chain across the set and back let's look more closely at this movement as in two ladies chain each lady joins right hands with the opposite lady circles left halfway around and gives her left hand to the opposite gentleman who turns her around so that she can chain back in the same manner in order to compare four ladies chain with two ladies chain let's see them both following lady one first two ladies J now four ladies chain circling rather than passing at the center of the set is the only important difference let's review this movement once more join right hands Circle left to your opposite and turn to chain back after four ladies chain we repeat the chorus to complete the first half of the deck now let's see all of the dance with the music and singing calls as several different groups have fun with the Hoosier Promenade who had couples separate go round if I bring [Music] goodbye and when you're home I'll swing head ladies chain across chain across the hall then chained right back same old track and wait for your next call side ladies chain across chain each man has made then chain her back when all you've done the Hoosier farmer name [Music] your little girl alone [Music] the two head couples right and left through to the other side parade then the two side couples do the same in the Hoosier Promenade four ladies chained to the center I've crossed to your opposite Town opposites now you chain them back and meet your own little guy your little girl alone the two-side couples separate go round the outside ring see your honey and pass her by and when you're home I'll swing side ladies chain across chain across the hall then chain right back the same old track and wait for your next call head ladies chain across chain each man is made then chamber back for now you've done the who's your Promenade [Music] now swing and break and Promenade your little girl alone the two side couples have Promenade across that you go the two head couples do the same while Fiddler scrape and Bone the two side couples write letter across to your opposite Town opposites now you chain them back and meet your old little guy so don't sit down your own now swing and break and Promenade please [Applause]
