your promade four ladies CH to the center across to your opposite P oppos now CH who your prominade is dance to a singing call and the actions of opposite couples are identical in this dance the action and calls begin together therefore you must know the expected movements if the dance is to flow smoothly let's look at this first half of who your prominade again to see the details of the new movements in the first move movement head couples separate the partners of couples one and three turn away from each other and circle around the square the men keep to the outside when passing the ladies when the head couples have returned home all couples swing next comes head lady's chain ladies 1 and three join right hands pass right shoulders and give their left hands to the opposite gentleman then they repeat the same movements as they return home Watch this once again following the movements of gentleman 1 he gives his left hand to Lady 3 puts his right arm around her waist and turns her into position to chain back then in the same way he returns his own partner to her home position now the side ladies chain and then chain back after this part of the figure comes the chorus of Dosey Do your corner Dosey Do Your Partner swing and prominade with the ladies twirling into position let's see the twirling movement again notice that the gentleman's left hand and the lady's right hand form the arch the second part of the figure begins with half prominet first the head couples using the skater's position prominate across the set then turn to face the center the side couples then do the same couples keep to the right in passing so the gentleman pass left shoulders next head couples right and left through each partner takes the right hand of the opposite dancer passes right shoulders and continues home as in half romane and now the side couples repeat this movement notice that the gentleman passed to the outside in right and left through in the last New Movement all four ladies chain across the set and back let's look more closely at this movement as in two ladies chain each lady joins right hands with the opposite lady circles left halfway around and gives her left hand to the opposite gentleman who turns her around so that she can chain back in the same manner in order to compare four ladies chain with two ladies chain let's see them both following lady one first two ladies chain now four ladies chain circling rather than passing at the center of the set is the only important difference let's review this movement once more join right hands Circle left to your opposite and turn to chain back after four ladies chain we repeat the chorus to complete the first half of the dance now let's see all of the dance with the music and singing calls as several different groups have fun with the hoer promane the two head couples separate go around the outside ring see your honey and pass her by and when you're home all swing head ladies
