Complete Record: Animals of old Holland make cheese and load it aboard a ship captained by Farmer Al Falfa. The animals use a variety of hilarious ways to prepare the cheese such as riding bicycles with cheese "wheels" and using cheese for target practice to make swiss cheese. A group of rats attack the boat captained by Farmer Al Falfa to take the cheese, and a battle ensues.
