Holiday Ranch was a simple variety show designed for fans of country music, though the musicians and song selections subtly cast a much wider net. At its peak, it drew higher ratings than "Hockey Night In Canada."

Hosted by Cliff McKay. Featuring Norma Hutton, Doug "Hap" Master, Hayward Morse (son of Barry), Monique Cadieux and guest Rita Randall. House band featuring: Bouncin' Billy Richards, Ralph Fraser, Matt di Florio, Dapper Don McFarlane, Smilin' Al Harris, Donnie Johnson, etc.
