Three people, a reporter, a salesman, and a professor, meet a state executioner who insists they decide whether or not he should carry out an execution scheduled for the next day. The executioner thus forces them to become involved in the responsibility, too. Open-ended to encourage discussion of the issues surrounding capital punishment.
