Description: Shows the mating habits of the heron and the rearing of the young. Shows the arrival of the males at the breeding grounds in Central Europe, the periods of courtship, and incubation, followed by the hatching, feeding, and training of the young to fly. Concludes with their departure to Africa where the colony disbands and the heron again turns to solitary hunting and fishing.
