Help Us Solve The AV Geeks Dilemma!

hello everybody uh this is not a live show although I am recording live so I have a dilemma uh and this is something that I've talked about over last couple of months on my streaming show but also uh in the comments of films that I'm posting so uh iy Geeks have access to several thousand new films that uh are not currently available on our YouTube channel we want to give access to them but what has happened is uh I've been adding them as I have time um we don't make money doing this we'd like to make money doing this but we we don't uh so it's whenever I have time to do this and it might be while I'm drinking coffee in the morning morning or um watching crappy television at night or you know whatever but what I'm hearing a lot of people say is oh my gosh I love your stuff but you're sending me too much stuff you're um overwhelming my feed and i' love your stuff but I it's too much so I've created a poll on the community uh section of the avgeeks channel and would love your feedback on on that uh I want to share this material um if I'm sharing six films a day that means potentially that I wouldn't be able to share um everything I have for years like four or five years um which isn't great I I want to take advantage of the time that we have that we're not at the archive the archive is being inovated and we want to get access to this material giving access does a couple of things for us one we make a little bit of AD Revenue it's great when that happens but it doesn't happen often two it gives access to uh people who are doing research or people who are looking for films about uh either family members where they grew up um you know a certain event um that has proved to be helpful for a lot of people uh but also for everybody you know so we're we have this kind of potential of uploading a bunch of stuff but we also don't want to alienate everybody so please uh fill out the comment the poll in the U Community section and and let me know and I've given a couple of options I was limited in the number of options in the poll in the comments you can also leave we especially if you have other ideas of how we can make this available without um overwhelming people um we have I guess a wealth of of material I mean there's a lot of 16 out there uh that we've already digitized but that's not even the tip of the iceberg we have 37,000 films and we've only digitized 6,000 7,000 so there's a lot to come and we would love to come up with a model to where we're sharing this as quickly as we can but also not drowning you so we appreciate you watching we appreciate your comments we appreciate your thumbs up if you donate that helps us too um but uh thanks so much and we will maybe see you around somewhere take care bye
