Most of this film takes place inside an Alpha Beta supermarket / grocery store. A well dressed mother and her two kids learn about picking out the right foods. The film has lots of odd information like “yellow vegetables have vitamins in them that help you feel calm and cheerful,” the film also features a weird segment introducing “Mr. Protein,” a felt-board character with a T-bone steak for a face.
