Description: What a surprise for the penniless veteran, Benito Bagdolio, when the wind blows a magic black top hat onto his head. Performing countless missions at Bagdoio's command, the hat catches a flowerpot in mid-air, captures a band of cut-throats, even saves a baby from a flaming carriage. Good fortune and the love of a beautiful Contessa all come to Bagdoio before the hat is blown away in this animated film based on Tomi Ungerer's book.
