He has to put up with the nagging of his wife and the ridicule of his friends, but what do they know. He was able to get the car home without an accident last night by pure dumb luck. Bill knows he has a critical function to perform at the shop today, one that could affect the safety of his fellow employees. He isn’t concerned however, because he knows he’ll get by with pure dumb luck.
