Documentary about Bill Daughton and his creating of a a six-foot penis at the Halloween Parade in Greenwich Village, New York. Stills of him and friends goofing off, penis wearing a cap and gown, in suits and ties. Photo of “Campus Cock”, news paper article bout Bob Lyss wore a giant penis costume to the College of the Holy Cross campus, which was considered very offensive. Footage of Daughton dressed up in the giant penis costume, walking around campus, catching the subway, He chats with people on the subway about the costume on his way to the Halloween Parade. People are coming up and licking the costume, or kissing it. At the end of the parade, Daughton throws the costume in the Hudson and watches it float away.
