Description: What will our hero choose -- Mr. Milk or the Junk Food Monster? We learn that food is a kind of body fuel and are introduced to the four food groups. We learn that choice, not chance, is the key to good eating. Includes puppets and live action. Viewers learn that choice, not chance, is the key to good eating when Dr. Alice helps Spinner understand the importance of proper nutrition. A car puppet explains how people and cars both need a variety of things to keep them running longer and stronger. The nutritious Mr. Milk introduces four food groups who explain, in song, what they do for us. When the Junk Food Monster makes a pitch for his unhealthy group, a girl with a yo-yo demonstrates how sugary foods give a quick burst of energy and than let us down.
