Presents Dr Torkild Karring, Dr Odont and Dr Sigurd P Ramfjord showing how a deep intrabony periodontal pocket involving a maxillary central incisor is filled with autogenous bone and covered with a split thickness graft. Shows subsequent postoperative radiographs which reveal significant reduction of the original osseous defect.
