Synopsis submitted for copyright registration reads: "This reel, with the two preceding ones, round out a clean-cut, wholesome and inspiring presentation of information fundamentally essential to all young people as a safeguard to health. In their order it presents photographically examples of achievement and long life; examples in exercise and recreation; proper footwear; good air and sunshine, sleep, cleanliness; care of teeth, eyes and hair; mental health, purpose, concentration, confidence. Finally, problems of heredity are touched upon, with a plea for well-born children."
