A film about inversions and reversals. Mel and Lem are two puppet-interlocutors who are opposite in name as well as behavior. Placed in fast-paced Laugh-In format, they demonstrate the importance of reading from left to right and show us the differences between words such as was and saw, pals and slap, reward and drawer, and several other verbal surprises. Each sequence is done with a different device and style. (Read On Series)
