Description: Explains that on the east coast of Africa, the Guerrilla forces of Frelimo have liberated one-fifth of Mozambique from Portuguese colonialism, and are engaged in a campaign to repossess a further 20 percent of the territory. Shows Frelimo partisans carrying out another side of the war for national liberation, including health care for inhabitants of liberated zones, and an educational program which has as its central thrust the breaking down of tribal differences to promote national consciousness.
