Description: SCREENER with timecode. Description: A 17-minute film containing footage of the Sacramento Junior Traffic Patrol participating in two parades. The first parade shown is from 1937 in Sacramento that ended at Memorial Auditorium. The second parade is from 1939 at Treasure Island, San Francisco. The 1939 footage shows patrols from several Sacramento schools including Theodore Judah, Crocker, Donner, John Muir, Sierra, and Newton Booth participating in the event.
