Description: Describes and develops the two mechanisms known to be responsible for the growth of cloud droplets to the size of raindrops coalescence and glaciation, beginning with the condensation of water vapor on water soluble nuclei in the atmosphere to form cloud droplets. Uses current experimental techniques and natural and time - lapse photography to illustrate the results of these processes. Describes Franco's rise to supreme power in Spain by virtue of the force of his personality and of the disturbed internal conditions of his country, telling how a three-year civil war brought Franco into power as the chief of state. Discusses the influence of external affairs on Spain pointing out that by 1950 the cold-war quest of the United States for security promthe United States to extend to Spain diplomatic recognition and economic and military aid. Describes the opposition to Franco which is becoming manifest in the 1960's.
