Content Description
Narrated highlights from the University of South Carolina Gamecocks 1975 football season. The Gamecocks finished the season with 7 wins and 5 losses and a Tangerine Bowl appearance under Coach Jim Carlen's first season as head coach.
Notable Players: Runningbacks Clarence Williams and Kevin Long who both rushed for over 1,000 yards each in the 1975 football season. Offensive lineman and Jacobs Blocking Award Winner Mike McCabe clearing a path for both runningbacks. Quarterback Jeff Grantz at the helm of Coach Carlen's veer offense.

Collection Description
This collection includes 16mm film and video shot by the University of South Carolina's Athletic Department from the 1940s to the 1990s. Most of the films document UofSC's football and basketball programs; a handful document the University's track-and-field program. The majority of films and videos show games played by the Fighting Gamecocks, both football and basketball teams, and include full games and highlights, with defensive and offensive wide shots, for training, scouting and recruitment purposes, as well as special events in the athletic calendar.
