Ira Attebury, known as the Fiesta Sniper, opened fire on the Battle of Flowers Parade. Over the course of 30 minutes, he killed two people, injured 50 others, and then shot himself. This footage shows the frightened crowd fleeing the scene, as first responders tend to the wounded and help people to safety. Then the police attempt to secure the area surrounding the motor home from which Attebury was waging his attack.
