This film includes footage of a busy San Francisco street at night, people dancing to a band, the interior of a hotel or apartment building, an unidentified man's room and belongings, a San Francisco neighborhood street during the day with exteriors of apartment buildings, children and teenagers riding bicycles, a man hanging laundry, and footage shot from a moving car.
