Festival 78

Description: Festival 78 was the first cultural festival in Commonwealth history, and was held in conjunction with the XI Commonwealth Games in Edmonton, 1978. As an exchange of culture from all countries there was emphasis on national dancing, and many performances of all kinds took place throughout the city of Edmonton.
