Description: A young Hispanic college student is charged with murder and robbery. Relying on incorrect preconceptions and assumptions, four witnesses who saw the young man the day the crimes allegedly took place render prejudicial characterizations of the suspect. Searching for his natural father, the accused was, in fact, the victim of circumstantial evidence.
