Description: An advertisement from Exxon in commemoration of the 1976 U.S. bicentennial, in which an offscreen male narrator describes the spirit of the Mississippi River and the influence of author Mark Twain. Shots of Twain sailing the river and scenes from Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn accompany the narration. One of the winners of the 1976 Clio Awards.
