Description: Evaporation is shown to be a cooling process. The degree of evaporation of water illustrates humidity. Evaporation of water and other liquids is shown. Alcohol and acetone evaporate more readily than water. Solids can evaporate. This is called sublimation. Illustrations are dry-ice and iodine.
