Creator: Moody Institute

Complete Record: Film on energy consumption from a Christian point of view. Film addresses how people use energy and how it is wasted. Energy comes in many forms, including mechanical, electrical, and chemical energy. The film addresses the problems that arise from the heavy use of energy and uses the United Sates as a primary example of a place where people use a lot of energy and where a lot of waste is produced. It also points to the fact that while some people have a lot of food, others in the world go hungry every night. It points out that we need to use alternate sources of energy, including solar and geothermic to ease up on the use of oil and coal. The film tells us that we need to reevaluate the abuse of the earth to later be accepted into heaven; we need to accept God and if we turn to him, we’ll get through the problem of the depletion of our natural resources.
