Shows a young husband whose wife has suddenly had a nervous breakdown and must be hospitalized. Dr. Piers discusses his reactions of fear and guilt, and also explodes some of the destructive myths about mental disturbance and psychiatry. Gives answers to such questions as: Can a psychiatrist change your personality? Is sex the main concern of psychiatry? Is insanity hereditary? Defines neurotic, psychotic, and psychosomatic disorders.
