Observes a young man who panics in his home during an earthquake and therefore reacts incorrectly. Then shows correct procedures to follow in a school, in an office, and on the street. Ends by showing the same young man now reacting calmly and correctly when an earthquake occurs. Uses a minimum of narration and a light amusing style in order not to frighten viewers. For school or business safety training programs.
