Dr. No.

John Strangways, the British MI6 Station Chief in Jamaica, and his secretary are ambushed and killed. In response, M, the head of MI6, instructs James Bond to investigate Strangway's disappearance and to determine whether it is related to his co-operation with the American Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) on a case involving the disruption of rocket launches from Cape Canaveral by radio jamming. The assassins steal documents related to "Crab Key" and "Doctor No".
