Complete Record: An entertaining and humorous film about Charlie as we learn from his mistakes to learn about off-the-job safety and home safety. Charlie hurries to finish painting his living room. His equipment is scattered everywhere and he topples off his ladder. When he wakes up he is in the hospital where the nurse seems more like a warden. She locks him up in the room where he meets a controller reviews the accidents that have happened in Charlie’s life in a series of flashbacks: he cuts his hand, a fragment of a brick wall grazes his eye while he is going at it with a chisel, he falls down a flight of stairs etc. etc.
