Demonstrates a disto-buccal free gingival graft procedure for a mandibular third molar which has no attached gingiva on its buccal aspect. Shows the recipient site being prepared and the graft tissue being obtained from the edentulous palate and sutured in place. Describes how protection is provided for both the donor and recipient sites. Views the post-operative band of attached gingiva, which greatly enhances the use of this tooth as a fixed partial denture abutment.
