1) Legislative- The two houses of Congress, the Senate and the House of Representatives. This is the “law making” branch of the government.
2) Executive- The President, the Vice-President, and those who may be appointed to serve with them (the Cabinet) . This branch of government must carry out and enforce the laws of the country.
3) Judicial- The Supreme Court, and various Appellate and District Courts Questions of law are decided within this branch of government.
