Description: Dr John T Simonton demonstrates his modification of the Toti-Mosher technic wherein the medial canthal ligament is not disturbed, anterior end of middle turbinate and adjacent ethmoid air cells are not removed prior to external dacryocystorhinostomy, rhinostomy is made between the level of medial canthal ligament and upper end of nasal lacrimal canal, anterior and posterior flaps are formed in medial wall of lacrimal sac and nasal mucosa.
