Shots include: map of Cuba and surrounding islands, narrator explains history, Havana streets (including period cars and streetcars, people and their clothes), Havana Harbor, coffee and lottery tickets sold on the street, Columbus Cathedral (church), University of Havana - students walk up steps, Cuban Congress building shown and government said to be comparable to USA, overhead and street shots of Santiago, trolley, homes from outside, two attractive women in dresses walk by, San Juan Hill statues and monuments including one of Teddy Roosevelt, tobacco leaves, cigar assembly / rolling cigars, pineapple plantation, picking them in a field and loading on to trucks, coffee beans being picked, crops, agriculture, sugar plants being harvested with machete, ox cart, loaded train, sugar mill, Cuban flag blowing in the wind, narrator says “Cuba is the world leader in refined sugar production”.
