Perry, James Felder, and Hayes Mizell are also briefly visible. Conyers states the Detroit riots and handling of them are indicative of inadequate action taken to solve the major problems of poverty and unemployment in the Black community. Speaks of growing resentment towards inequities of "two system society." Fears riots likely to spread throughout country, and says no single political party has a "monopoly on helping bring the Negro citizen into his full political potential."
