Description: Animation is used to present the story of the Bagley family, who do not use their furnace correctly. When Mr. Bagley over-fires the furnace, the narrator, who is a gnome, and cutaway diagrams of the furnace explain the importance of keeping a furnace in good condition and firing it correctly. Unfortunately, Mr. Bagley and his house are blown up by an explosion of coal gas in the furnace.
