Complete Record: A comedy routine in which a clown climbs a ladder to a tightrope, has "accidents" with it, then gets on the tightrope. The ladder is taken away, which appears to alarm him. He can't reach the balance pole without leaving the end of the tightrope. He reaches it but then has to take off some of his rags to do his tightrope act.
