Description: Since the newspaper, the radio weather report, and the thermometer outside agree that the weather is going to be cold, Billy wears his heavy jacket, cap, and boots to school. Other children bring Eskimo and Mexican clothing and a fireman's outfit. Their own counterparts for cold, hot, and wet weather are then shown. Points out the need for less clothing during active periods and more clothing during less active times.
