Daytime, streets packed with onlookers as a marching band of young people, cars, young girls with lanterns on sticks, banners, colorful costumes and clothing, marching groups with synchronized drum section, predominantly women marching groups, shots of children looking at the camera, kids receiving and holding baskets on sticks, truck with very ornate float on bed, two young boys, band consisting of predominately boys, flags, little boy eating, dancing dragon costume with mask. Night parade with lots of flags, women drum group with frilly mallets, young girls with lanterns on sticks do marching maneuver, blue car with three kids in back, children in school uniforms marching formation of a cross, kids with placards march and hold formation, adults coaching them along. A very big multi-personed dragon does its dance throughout the street extending for at least one city block. the tail trails behind with lots of people beneath making the movements. The streets clear and people follow the dragon. women prepare and dress them selves in traditional dresses and head pieces. The women dress their daughters. Opening of a theater show with women on stage making very slow precise movements, woman with rainbow colored banner moves it all around on stage, women come to center of stage and display what they are wearing to the crowd.
