Complete Record: The construction and production of Chinese firecrackers. A hard, strong hollow tube is created with paper, a fuse is entered into one side, and gunpowder is poured in a bundle at a time. The opposite end of the firecracker is sealed. The ends are then squeezed. Paper of different color and design is attached to the outside. Each end is tied with string to hold it all together and it is then ready to sell. A boy lights various firecrackers
