Complete Record: Animated Short Film of Frogs Celebrated Jumping Frog is based on a Mark Twain story. The Foolish Frog is a dramatization of Charles L. Seeger's and Pete Seeger's song of the same title in which a foolish bullfrog explodes with pride when he hears someone singing a song about him. Tad the Frog observes Tad as it hatches from a tiny egg into a tadpole, and develop into a full-grown adult. Designed to combine science concepts with a variety of language arts activities, this film also instills ideas of pet care and conservation of wildlife.
