California State Fair No. 3 1960s

Description: This silent black and white film is part of a collection of mostly documentary footage which includes city scenes and interviews with people in San Francisco and is largely focused on the Filipino community. This footage features commercial advertisements recorded from television, stop motion photography of a television set, a title card and credits for "That's the way it is by Film 380," which includes names of participants and Sam Tagatac as the Instructor, an airplanes in flight, and fast motion photography of the MCO's (Mission Coalition Organization) 5th Annual Convention at the University of San Francisco.
