Complete Record: Using extreme close-up photography, this film shows the complete life cycle of a familiar insect, the swallowtail butterfly. The film begins with the laying of the egg, then follows the hatching and growth of the caterpillar, it’s pupation, and the emergence of the butterfly. Finally the butterfly lays eggs, beginning the life cycle again. No narration is used. Butterfly flying and landing on flowers. CU egg on leaf.
